Clean and comfortable room with excellent staff. The round tub with piped in hotspring water was a great highlight. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the outside hotspring pools were lovely at night. Also, the hotel location was convenient, with a nearby convenience store.
Nothing is perfect.

the warm water was both relaxing and invigorating. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot springs in the room, which was a nice touch. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was delicious and diverse. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby convenience stores and restaurants.
The soundproofing in the hotel was poor, which impacted our ability to get quality sleep. Outside noise from the street - especially scooters - could be heard late into the night and early in the morning.

Beautiful location surrounded by mountains and lush greenery. The hot spring pools were a perfect escape after long hours of walking and exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants.
The rooms were poorly maintained and smelled musty with old fixtures. The pool was not clean with lots of floating bugs.
